Five months at WeWork Labs
WeWork Labs is approaching its five month anniversary, so I thought it’d be fun to take a moment and look back.
For those who don’t know about WeWork Labs, it is an incubator/accelerator/co-working hybrid that Adam, Jesse, and I co-founded in April because of a need that we saw for early stage tech startups here in New York. The space is a bit different than others in the City, as...

Thoughts On Building Community In 2011
Since New Years it seems as if almost all of my conversations with others involved in New York tech somehow turn into a discussion on ways that we can both strengthen and grow the community after a productive 2010. I’ve concluded that it’s actually because of the tremendous growth in NYC tech that it’s time to go small. As wonderful as it is to see the New York Tech Meetup grow...

I had just listened an old Entrepreneurial...

Updates to Breadcrumb
For those who don’t know, Breadcrumb is an application that Stephan, Matt, and I have been working on the past couple of months. We built the site based on the premise that while Foursquare is cool, our check-ins had very little value after the fact.
Here’s a list of the updates that we rolled out over the weekend:
